# Feed Configuration

#### Feed Creation Steps

1. Navigate to **Zoho CRM Connect → Feeds** in the WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Click **Add New Feed** to create a new integration rule.
3. Select the **Contact Form 7 form** that should send data to Zoho.
4. Choose the **Zoho service**:
   * Zoho CRM
   * Zoho Bigin
5. Select the **Zoho module** where records will be created (e.g. Leads, Contacts, Deals).

#### Field Mapping

6. Once the form and module are selected, the plugin loads:
   * Available fields from the selected Zoho module
   * Input fields from the selected Contact Form 7 form
7. Map each Zoho field to a corresponding Contact Form 7 field using dropdown selectors.
8. Mandatory Zoho fields are clearly indicated and must be mapped before saving the feed.
9. Only mapped fields are included in the API request payload.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.centousplugins.com/cf7-zoho-integration/feed-configuration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
