Feed Configuration

Feeds define how Contact Form 7 submissions are sent to Zoho. Each feed links a specific form to a Zoho service and module, along with field mapping and status control.

Feed Creation Steps

1. Navigate to Zoho CRM Connect → Feeds in the WordPress admin dashboard.

2. Click Add New Feed to create a new integration rule.

3. Select the Contact Form 7 form that should send data to Zoho.

4. Choose the Zoho service:

   • Zoho CRM

   • Zoho Bigin

5. Select the Zoho module where records will be created (e.g. Leads, Contacts, Deals).

Field Mapping

1. Once the form and module are selected, the plugin loads:

   • Available fields from the selected Zoho module

   • Input fields from the selected Contact Form 7 form

2. Map each Zoho field to a corresponding Contact Form 7 field using dropdown selectors.

3. Mandatory Zoho fields are clearly indicated and must be mapped before saving the feed.

4. Only mapped fields are included in the API request payload.
