Export

Overview

Database Entries Form 7 lets you download form entries as CSV directly from the entries list. Exports respect your current filters, including the selected form, status tab, and active search criteria.

Access export from the Export button on the Entries Form 7 page.

Why Export Entries?

Exporting helps you:

  • Share submission data with team members or clients

  • Import leads into a CRM or spreadsheet tool

  • Archive entries for record-keeping

  • Back up filtered subsets of your data

Before You Begin

  • At least one entry must exist for the form you want to export

  • You must be on the Entries Form 7 page

Step-by-Step Instructions

Prepare Your Filter (Optional)

  1. Go to Entries Form 7.

  2. Select the form you want to export from the dropdown.

  3. Optionally click a status tab (All, Read, Unread, or Trash) to limit exported entries.

  4. Optionally run a search to narrow results by keyword, column, or date range.

The export includes only entries matching your current view and filters.

Export Entries

  1. Click the Export button in the toolbar.

  2. Select CSV (.csv) from the export menu.

  3. The file downloads to your browser's default download location.

What Is Included in the Export

Each exported CSV file contains:

  • Entry ID - Unique submission identifier

  • Form ID - Form identifier

  • Created At - Submission date and time

  • Status - Entry status

  • Dynamic fields - All form field values as additional columns

Field columns are generated dynamically based on the fields present in the exported entries.

Tips

💡 Filter before exporting to avoid downloading entries you do not need.

💡 Use CSV for CRM import - most CRM and email marketing tools accept CSV uploads.

💡 Export from the Trash tab if you need a record of deleted entries before permanent removal.

💡 Large exports may take a moment - wait for the download to complete before clicking Export again.

Notes

Exports respect active filters. If you have a search or status filter applied, only matching entries are exported.

File names include the date. Exported files are named with a date stamp (for example, def7p-export-all-2026-07-02.csv).

Export is read-only. Downloading entries does not remove them from your database.
